When my husband told me his company Christmas party was more casual than it had been in years past…I was at a loss. About 5 weeks after giving birth, a lot of my clothes still didn’t fit, or at least I didn’t feel comfortable in them. I didn’t want to wear jeans because I had no idea what kind of top to wear and wasn’t in the mood to find one. I came across this jumpsuit at Madewell and thought it would be perfect! Not quite as dressy as a cocktail dress (though looking at it now it would probably work as cocktail attire!), but a step up from boring jeans. To add a holiday feel to it, I paired it with my red bow heels. I bought this pair a few years ago but I linked some similar styles as well. I am obsessed with this necklace from Kendra Scott. For those of you who don’t know, Kendra Scott gives you 50% off any one piece of jewelry during the month of your birthday. This was my Kendra Scott birthday purchase! I paired it with some Kendra Scott earrings from a couple of years ago and finished off the whole look with my go-to leopard clutch to throw a little bit of a print in there. This is definitely one if my favorite holiday looks to date!
