Cobalt blue is one of my all-time favorite colors to wear, and it doesn’t hurt that it’s known in my family as “KU blue” – representing my beloved Jayhawks! I love this color blue with black, always seems to make the blue feel so much brighter. Of course, I had to finish this look off with leopard flats.
