Happy Friday babes! This guy is starting to become a regular here on the blog! Today we are sharing Brad’s summer favorites with Nordstrom!
A while back Brad and I asked each other, “If you could only shop at one store for the rest of your life, what would it be?”. We laughed when we both said Nordstrom, because we feel like we can always find something there! Brad isn’t much of a shopper, but he definitely stops to browse every time we walk into Nordstrom. He has a few favorite brands there for sure.
If you’ve followed me for a while, you know I love to complain about how hot it gets in Houston. Really though, it’s no joke. Come July and August, we are going to be the 100 to 110 degree range, and when you couple that with humidity it’s the worst. A couple years ago I introduced Brad to what has now become his favorite brand of shirts, Mizzen + Main. All their shirts are made from moisture-wicking fabric, making them ideal for our intense summers. We just picked up this plaid one the other day for a short sleeve option for him for summer. PS – these also make great Father’s Day gifts 😉
Brad also recently discovered a new pair of shorts from Peter Millar that he loves for warmer weather. When I first showed him these, he was skeptical because they cost a little more than a classic pair of chino shorts. But once he put them on, he was immediately hooked. These shorts, like Brad’s favorite shirts, are also made from a more comfortable performance fabric that stays dry, so they are perfect for Houston!
