This look has so many of my current favorite pieces! Let’s start with this camo jacket by Free People. I am obsessed with this piece y’all. It is a good, lightweight jacket, and the fabric is super relaxed, allowing it to drape effortlessly over just about anything. It has a drawstring at the waist, so you can make it as defining or as slouchy as you want! I also really love that the camo print isn’t too intense, allowing this piece to remain somewhat neutral and easier to pair with other pieces.
I scored this gorgeous top on sale at Anthropologie the other day. I am desperately searching for tops that I can transition into fall without totally sweating to death in this crazy Houston heat. I love a good white top, and I’m also a sucker for a peplum hem. So this top was perfection. It is definitely a summery top, but I feel like paired with the right bottoms and/or accessories, you can give it a fall vibe.
These booties are another favorite. I just bought these after helping my mom pick out a similar pair. Funny story, I actually went to purchase the same ones I talked my mom into, but they were sold out in my size. So I asked the sales girl what else she had that was similar, and she showed me these. I tried them on and fell in love with them. The funny part is that I probably wouldn’t have ever picked these up if they weren’t sold out of the other pair I originally wanted. In fact, I’m pretty sure my mom asked me if I liked these for her and said “no” because I “wasn’t a fan of the shape of the heel.” Well, lesson learned, you never know until you try!
