Happy Halloween y’all! I’m trying to squeeze in a post while my littles nap before tonight’s festivities. This will be our first year attempting to trick-or-treat. Last year, I had just had Mason, and Liv was so young we didn’t bother with it. She is two and a half this year, so we are going to give it a try! She is dressing up as Alice from Alice in Wonderland, and Mason is dressing up as Buzz Lightyear from Toy Story. I’ll be sure to post some pics because it’s going to be adorable!
I know I’ve already done a post featuring this camo jacket, but it’s just too good! So I had to do another one. Seriously, I love this jacket. I love how casual it is, and how relaxed the fabric is. I love jackets but I often get tired of feeling too “stiff” when I’m wearing them. This one doesn’t feel that way at all! This jacket is so easy to throw on and go. Plus, the camo trend is one of my favorites. However, if camo isn’t your thing, it also comes in a great, neutral olive color, or a fun deep red/maroon color.
I went with black jeans for this look, to make the camo stand out a bit. I still kept the top underneath somewhat simple, just an ivory tee, but I love this little criss-cross detail at the neckline to keep it from being TOO boring. ๐
These booties are a favorite right now…I love that they can go with anything. I’ve even worn them with dresses too! And by the way – they’re on sale right now! ๐ I finished off the rest of this look with some gold jewelry, black aviators, and my go-to crossbody (because this neutral color is perfect for almost anything).
Have fun and stay safe tonight guys!
xo, Loren
