This week on the blog, I’m doing a series of red, white, and blue looks. There is something about the 4th of July holiday that I just love, what the holiday means and the activities that usually take place around it. I decided to start off this week’s series of posts with my favorite red, white, and blue look!
I like that this look isn’t so “in your face” when it comes to dressing in patriotic colors. The top is a chambray off the shoulder top. If you know me, you know I love any kind of chambray top (they go with literally anything) and of course, anything off the shoulder. What else could I possibly want in a top! To get some red into the look, I paired it with these button front red striped shorts from Loft.
Because I just got these wedges in the mail, I had to feature them! I am so obsessed with these (you’ll be seeing a lot of them). They are super comfortable too, an added bonus! I don’t usually wear wedges with shorts, but I have to say, it sure does make my legs look a lot more muscular! Haha!
As far as accessories, I finally decided to buy a pair of red Kendra Scott earrings to add a little bright pop of color. I went with my white fringed crossbody from Coach because I love this bag and it is a good neutral addition to this look.
