How cute is this cover up dress from SheIn?!? Unfortunately it didn’t arrive in time for me to take it to Hawaii. I was hoping to shoot it in my parents’ backyard with their gorgeous pool, but apparently all it does in Houston lately is rain..then flood. So my trusty white garage door it was! PS – SheIn has SO much cute stuff right now, and the prices are amazing! Check them out!
Luckily, this little number is so cute, I can get away with a slightly more boring backdrop. It’s no secret that I’m a fan of the tassel trend, so of course I love the back of this dress. Combined with the stripes, it is just perfect! Plus, I have a pink bikini that matches it perfectly.
Since I’m wearing this as a cover up, I obviously went with a more resort look for this post. I LOVE this floppy hat I got before our trip. It is packable and has just the right amount “flop” to it. My tote was another good purchase for the trip. It is HUGE so I not only used it as my beach/pool tote, but as my carry-on on the plane as well. It doesn’t close, but I usually travel with a smaller purse inside a larger tote along with whatever else I need, so all of my essentials were still contained! I finished off the look with some simple silver slides and my oversized sunnies!
