Sweater: J.Crew / Jeans: Gap / Heels: Kate Spade (similar) / Bag: 3.1 Phillip Lim / Sunnies: Ray-Ban / Bracelets: Kendra Scott, David Yurman (here and here)
The weather has been SO nice here in Houston this past week. We finally saw the sun again! I usually love winter and don’t want it to end, but with this amazing weather, I have found myself wanting to wear something that feels like spring. The pastel hues of this look are what did it for me. This 3.1 Phillip Lim bag in this blush/peach color has been on my mind since I saw it at the Nordstrom Anniversary sale last summer. I didn’t buy it then, and finally couldn’t take it anymore. I had to have it! I am so obsessed with this color not only for spring, but also as a transitional bag to take from winter into spring (this color looks so pretty with grays and blacks too). Of course J.Crew came out with their spring style guide last week and I saw this sweater and fell in love with the color. It is so pale, but has just enough color. I wanted to keep everything very light for this look, so I broke the old rule of wearing white before Easter (I’m just going to call it “winter white”) and chose my white skinnies. I finished off the look with some simple nude pumps and a a few stacked bracelets.
