Have you guy checked out Gray Monroe yet?! It’s the cutest little online boutique ever! That’s where this gorgeous printed, drop-waist dress is from. I normally shy away from drop-waist styles because I have always felt in the past like they don’t ever hit me quite right. But when I came across this one I couldn’t resist because I loved the colors so much. I figured this would be a great piece to transition into fall with, and I was right! This dress can be worn so many different ways. In the warmer months, with some flat sandals (slip-on or gladiator) and with virtually any kind of boot when it cools off. You could also dress it up with a cute pair of lace-up heels! I’m so happy with this purchase, and I can’t wait to wear it a bunch of different ways in the coming months.
For this like, I opted for my grey over the knee boots because I am desperately trying to make fall happen, despite it still being in the low 90’s and upper 80’s here in Houston. I LOVE it with these boots. Sometimes dresses can make me feel like I’m showing a lot of leg since I am on the taller side, but pairing them with over the knee boots helps me feel a little more covered, but sexy at the same time. I love hats, so I threw on a brown floppy hat and my big sunnies to give it a chic, fall vibe.
