You all know I have a love for denim. It’s almost all I wear, whether it’s jeans, shorts, a denim skirt, or a great denim jacket. Well I was recently introduced to a new denim line, DSTLD Denim. And I have to say y’all, I’m a big fan. One of the best things about DSTLD? It’s affordable.
I love a good pair of high-waisted jeans, and these are no exception. Here I’m wearing the high-waisted destructed mom jeans in light vintage. I usually tend to go for jeans with tons of stretch, but the denim on these is so soft, I don’t need it. I also love that these have more of straight leg. I have so many jeans with a skinny leg, that I had been wanting something that wasn’t quite a boyfriend fit, but a little bit looser except for in the waist and hips. These fit that bill perfectly!
Another items I’m a sucker for, a good tee. You guys, the fit on this one (also from DSTLD) is perfection. It has the perfect neckline and the perfect amount of slouch. I also love that it’s not quite sleeveless, but doesn’t really have sleeves either. It’s more of a cap-sleeve, and I love it! The best part? It’s only $27. I’ll definitely be ordering other colors.
I wanted this look to feel easy and effortless, so I just accessorized with a simple brown belt and some easy slides. I added a few gold pieces of jewelry, my new favorite Kendra Scott necklace and some ear climbers to keep the look feeling a little edgy.
Be sure to check out DSTLD for a bunch of other great pieces!
