These are one of my favorite pairs of shorts! In my opinion, they are the perfect length. Not too short, but not so long that I feel like I’ve given up on being a “cool” mom, haha! My favorite thing about them is the frayed hem. It is the perfect detail to give these tailored shorts a more casual vibe.
I love them paired with this white top. It’s got just the perfect amount of detail, while still saying simple and chic. I love this outfit for Houston weather. Usually when it’s this warm out I go for nothing other than tank tops and shorts, with flat sandals. I know I say that all the time, but you guys, I seriously can NOT handle this heat. It’s so intense. I like that this outfit is still comfortable and light enough that I can wear it without suffocating.
I wanted to wear my favorite wedges with this look just to dress it up a little. I’ve also worn it with flat sandals though too! These fun tassel earrings were a recent purchase at a friend’s Stella & Dot party, and I am kind of loving them! They can actually be worn four different ways, and all four ways are cute!
