Dress: Free People / Booties: Vince Camuto / Bag: Cult Gaia / Sunnies: Karen Walker / Earrings: Kendra Scott
So I’m sure you’ve all seen this dress if you have an Instagram account…haha! I actually fell in love with this dress LAST year and never bought it for whatever reason. Life is hard when you’re trying to stick to a budget, right?! To be honest, I was sort of afraid it would be too short, but I just love the sleeves and the embroidery so it kept catching my eye.
Well a few weeks ago, before the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale ended, I happened to be running through Nordstrom and saw one hanging all by its lonesome on their “Final Few” rack. I had already tried this dress on in a small, and that definitely was too short. So when I checked the size of this one and saw that it was a medium, I figured I’d give it a try. I loved the way it fits! I will say, this is definitely one of my shorter dresses, but I still love it.
I recently wore this exact look during the Market Street Blogger Crawl here in The Woodlands a couple of weeks ago. This dress is so perfect for transitioning to fall. For this look I opted for my favorite peep-toe booties, but it looks cute with some flat lace-up or gladiator sandals as well as over-the-knee boots! Throw on a denim jacket and you’re good to go when the temps drop a little!
