jumpsuit / pumps / similar bag / earrings
Happy Monday friends! I say that…I wish it was a slightly happier Monday for me. We got back from New Orleans yesterday afternoon, and I wasn’t feeling great. By last night it really started to hit me, so I went to the doctor today. I just found out I have the flu, which sucks by itself, but my 30th birthday is on Saturday so I’m hoping I feel better by then! Thank goodness for my husband who cancelled a day trip he had planned so he could work from home and help me with the kids. Being sick and taking care of littles is HARD, as I’m sure all you mommas out there know!
On a more positive note, can we talk about this amazing jumpsuit?! I’m a sucker for a good jumpsuit, and this one was love at first sight. I’m planning to wear this beauty on Christmas Eve. I love the way the neckline sits, I think it’s flattering for any chest size. And I also really love the belted waist, because that always makes me feel a little skinnier!
I find that this wide-leg style is sometimes hard to pair with shoes, so I kept it super simple with classic black pumps, but I also think it could look good with a simple ankle-strap heel. These earrings have been one of my favorite accessories lately, I’ve been wanting to pair them with everything. I love the little bit of sparkle they add to this look.
