Light + Bright…

Okay y’all I think this might be one of my favorite pieces I have found that I can wear while pregnant. This dress is from Banana Republic, so again, not maternity, but it is made of stretchy ponte fabric so it is bump friendly! I love this kind of fabric in dresses because it is stretchy enough to be comfortable, but has enough weight to it to kind of “hold things in” and smooth out any lines, resulting in a flattering fit.

I am into somewhat monochromatic looks so I chose to pair nude pumps and a pale blush toned bag with this white dress. I might try it another time with some brighter shoes and a brighter bag, but I thought the simplicity of this color palette was so pretty for spring. Now all I need is for my husband to take me out on a nice date so I can wear it again! 🙂
