Fall is by far my favorite time of year. Fall fashion is definitely my favorite, and I love the anticipation of the holidays during this time of year. I’d say I also love the change of seasons, but we haven’t really quite gotten it yet in Houston…so I’m still waiting. Plaid is always one of my favorite trends for fall, and this dress is such a good one!
This plaid tunic dress is from Lilla P, which is rapidly become one of my favorite brands. The quality of their clothes is so great. Lots of nice, durable fabrics that feel good and hold up. I also love the super laid back style of the brand. It makes getting dressed so easy, and perfect for my casual lifestyle. A lot of their pieces are easily dressed up or down too, which is something I tend to always look for in clothes.
You all know I have a major over-the-knee boot obsession, but these take the cake. For years I have wanted the Stuart Weitzman version of these boots (here), but I just can’t bring myself to spend that much on shoes. (Never say never though, right?! LOL.) But this pair from Sole Society is pretty much a dead ringer for the coveted Stuart Weitzman style, and for a fraction of the price at only $130. Unfortunately, I just saw that the black in nearly sold out, but the grey is still available (*adds to car immediately)! I will link some similar options below though, don’t worry!
Another thing I love for fall are hats. I feel like I rarely see people in Houston wearing them though. Maybe it has something to do with how hot it still is. I mean, I guess a wool wide-brimmed fedora could make a person sweat in 90 degree weather. But hey, I love them. And I think I will be bringing them out a lot this season.
Enjoy the rest of your week babes!
xo, Loren
