I am a sucker for an embellished top. Sequins, beading, embroidery, jewels, I like it all. I liked the tiny little flowers on this top and loved the fact that they are an embellishment and not a print. Nothing against prints (I like those too), but an embellishment makes it feel a little dressier to me. I also rarely wear wedges with shorts because at 5’8″ it feels like a lot of leg is showing, but these shorts are loose enough and long enough that it makes me feel more comfortable. Plus, the scalloped hemline adds the perfect little detail!
