Happy Thursday friends! Hope your day is off to a good start! I got to sleep in this morning because my kids spent the night at my parents’ house last night, so I’m off to get a massage and facial this morning. I am particularly looking forward to the massage. I worked out Tuesday afternoon (BBG) and am still SO sore from it!
In today’s post I’m talking all about my favorite boyfriends jeans! I’ve been trying to find the perfect pair for a while now, and I have decided that these are it. I don’t like a lot of boyfriends jeans because often they are a little too baggy and too cropped, and they don’t have a high-enough rise for me.
These are actually called “slim boyfriends jeans” so the legs are relaxed in all the right places, but the hip and butt area doesn’t look saggy. These are also high-waisted, so they are perfect! If your order these, definitely size down. In this brand of jeans I usually wear a 26, and that’s what I ordered, but I wish I had gotten a 25 because the waist is a little loose. I think I’m going to have mine taken in.
Once it gets hot in Houston, sleeveless tops are pretty much all I want to wear. I love the style of this one! The ruffle detail is so cute and flattering. It is a little on the shorter side, but since I’m usually in high-waisted bottoms it’s not an issue for me. I sized up in this top because my shoulders are a little broad and the chest area was a little tight in the small (so I got a medium). But this cute little top is under $50 and comes in a few colors.
