You guys! I know you all know there are tons of amazing sales happening right now, but I have to let you know that my favorite luggage from Delsey is on MAJOR sale right now! I’m talking 50% off y’all!
I posted about this luggage several months ago, but I’ll recap why I love it so much here for y’all. First of all, the two pieces pictured are the Cruise Lite Hardside collection in the 29″ spinner and the 21″ expandable spinner carry-on.
Okay, so the main reason I love this luggage is that it’s hard-sided, but not nearly as heavy as most hard-sided suitcases. It’s a good 2-3 pounds lighter than most (I’ve actually done research on this y’all). I tend to overpack, so those extra few pounds save me from having an astronomical overweight baggage fee when flying.
Another reason this luggage is so great is that this large spinner is ENORMOUS. Seriously, it’s so roomy. I took this bag both to New York Fashion Week and a 5 day cruise (with an extra day head of it) and everything actually fit. Now, I realize that doesn’t sound like a lot, but if you’ve ever been on a cruise, you know how many clothes you end up taking (there are usually requirements for dinner dressing).
My other favorite feature is that these suitcases both open the same way as a soft-sided suitcase. In other words, you don’t take up twice the bed or floor space when you have it open to pack or unpack. When traveling in New York (and on a cruise ship for that matter), this was actually a very valuable feature because the rooms are so small!
