Happy Monday friends! Hope you all had a good weekend! I know we did! Friday night, my grandparents who live in Dallas came down and we all had dinner at my parents’ house. Fun fact: I have six grandparents. My mom’s parents divorced when she and my uncle were young, and both remarried before I was born, so I have never known anything different!
Saturday I spent the day reorganizing and cleaning out our pantry and hall closet. It feels SO good to finally have those two small spaces a little more functional. When we moved into this house, we kind of just shoved things into spaces (Mason had his first birthday party here like a month and a half later) and we are slowly tackling each one of those dumping grounds haha.
Sunday we slept in, then went to brunch at one of our favorite places by the house, followed by a stop at the candy store (the kids’ favorite thing when we eat at this specific restaurant). Oh, and I also posted a huge Walmart try on-session in stories, which is also saved in my Instagram highlights if you want to check it out!
Kinda funny, my last post was a polka dot dress with sneakers. Guess I’m into that look! Anyway, this darling little dress is a steal for under $70! I love it styled with sneakers, but I bought it to wear with really any kind of shoes! I definitely recommend sizing up in this one though, I’m in a medium. It does run a little on the shorter side.
