Happy Friday babes! Say hello to my favorite pants EVER. I mean, how fun are these red ruffled pants? I picked these up last month when I was trying to plan looks for the rewardStyle conference. As soon as I tried them on, I was obsessed. I ended up wearing them for day two of the conference, and it was my most liked outfit that I posted while I was there! This is exactly how I styled them for the conference, but I added a structured denim jacket because it was a little chilly that day.
I think these pants would be so cute with an off the shoulder top and flat slide sandals too, and I totally plan to try to find a way to dress them down. The movement of these pants when you walk is so beautiful, and I love the tie detail at the front. They were a bit of a splurge, but I definitely think they were worth it.
How many of you have fun plans for Mother’s Day this weekend? We have a lot going on this weekend, starting with my dad’s birthday dinner tomorrow night. Then Saturday we have another birthday party for some of Liv’s friends (I swear, ALL her friends have May birthdays), and at some point I plan to just do whatever I want that day. Sunday, I’m sure we will go to church and hope and pray that we can get in for brunch somewhere after. Sunday evening my sister-in-law is hosting dinner for everyone, so we’ll hang there with all my family!
