Oh my goodness you guys, I have been so excited to share this post with y’all!
I recently discovered Ebay’s Authenticated Luxury program and, not to be dramatic or anything, but I feel like it’s going to change my life! I’ve honestly never thought to shop for luxury items on Ebay before, out of fear that I might pay for something that’s not authentic. What’s so great about Ebay’s Authenticated Luxury program, is that worry is completely eliminated. You are able to shop for luxury items knowing that their authenticity has been totally verified. My first experience with this program has been nothing but positive.
I had been eyeing this light blue Chloe backpack since the fall. For whatever reason I am so drawn to this gorgeous color. As much as I loved the color, I didn’t want to take the plunge on purchasing it for the longest time because it wasn’t a “basic” or “neutral” so I felt like maybe I couldn’t justify it at it’s $1800 or so retail price.
Enter Ebay’s Authenticated Luxury program…Y’all, I scored this bag with very minor wear for less than $800. Is that not an insane deal?! Needless to say, going forward, I will be checking Ebay for whatever bag I’m eyeing next to see if I can find one for a good deal before paying full retail price.
Now, a little bit about how to shop for items like this on Ebay. If you click here, you will land on the Ebay Authenticate program page. They key is to use the filters on the left-hand side of the page. You can filter by designer, price, shipping time, etc. My favorite filters to use are Item Location (I try to keep it in the U.S. or North America), Condition (I usually check to see what I can find that’s new with our without tags before looking at the pre-owned items), and Returns Accepted. That last is one is probably the most important to me just because it gives me a little piece of mind about my purchase.
Happy shopping friends!
xo, Loren
