Happy Monday y’all! I am back from cruise and SO glad to be home! I don’t know how people who travel all the time do it! I had 6 days in between when I came back from New York and left for this cruise and I am beat. It was good though because it gave me the opportunity to really miss my kids, and I was so happy to see them yesterday when we picked them up.
Our cruise was good, luckily we didn’t get as much rain as we thought we would. The only downside was that it was HOT. Like, so hot, we didn’t even want to go to the pool on the ship. Brad and I tried one morning and sweat was literally just dripping off of both of us. We lasted about 45 minutes and I’m surprised we lasted that long! But it was still fun in the sense that we didn’t have to plan anything or take care of anything. We could just “be” on the ship and hang out. There is definitely something to be said for these all-inclusive vacations!
Because of all these trips, I am SO behind on sharing content with y’all. I think I’ve only done like one blog post a week for the last several weeks, so I’m going to try to get back to normal now that everything is starting to settle down. I actually have several more New York Fashion Week looks to share with y’all, and this is one of them!
I feel like this outfit is the ultimate fall outfit. The colors in the sweater, the suede skirt, the hat, all that’s missing is a pumpkin spiced latte. I just saw that my sweater (which is super lightweight by the way) is currently on sale for $40. Ps – don’t size up in this. The fit makes it look like you may want to, but I tried and it made the arms fit weird. It’s supposed to be more fitted, so stick with your normal size! I think this top would also look cute with some dark flared jeans, and I just got in the perfect pair that I can’t wait to show y’all!
I can’t wait to style this gorgeous suede skirt all kinds of ways too! It will be so cute with so many different tops…lace, slouchy sweaters, or even a simple black top. This one runs true to size as well, I’m wearing a small.
I get asked about these booties every time I wear them. Unfortunately, they are from last year. But I did find a few very similar options available this year. My favorites are these and these.
