Happy Monday guys! Hope you all had a good weekend! I had lots of fun shopping the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale and celebrating my mom’s birthday all weekend. I had a huge photoshoot this weekend to shoot most of my sale finds, so I’ll be sharing those with y’all throughout the next couple of weeks. I want to give a huge shoutout to Meredith from This Lavender Life Photography for being such an awesome photographer and bearing with me through shooting 8 looks in the ridiculous Houston heat!
Y’all I am absolutely OBSESSED with this gorgeous suede mini skirt I picked up at the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. It comes in this tan color or a really pretty burgundy color, both of which are amazing for fall. This beauty is on sale for $65, and will go up to $98 when the sale ends. There are still quite a few sizes left, so be sure to grab one while you can. I’ve seen a lot of my other blogger babes wearing it as well, so it’s definitely a popular item! As far as the sizing on this skirt goes, I’m wearing a 27, the same size I usually wear in jeans. I will say, it is a tad on the shorter side (I’m 5’8″ for reference), but I find that when I wear shorter skirts with over the knee boots I’m showing less skin so I don’t feel as exposed.
Speaking of over the knee boots, how amazing are these black ones by Vince Camuto?! These are also a part of the sale. Y’all, if you buy any one thing from the sale, buy boots. The deals are too good right now. This pair is currently on sale for $160, and will go back up to $240 when the sale ends. That’s over 30% off! I made sure to stock up on boots because I couldn’t pass up the amazing deals.
This top has been another Nordstrom sale favorite for a lot of people. Probably because it’s basically the softest thing ever and is only $25. It comes in this ivory, plus three other colors. I almost bought the blush one too! (And I still might!)
