Happy Tuesday friends! Hope you all had a good weekend! It felt so good to not have anything this weekend that we HAD to do. I got soooo much done. Mostly cleaning and laundry, but I was totally okay with that! It’s a pretty rare occurrence for me to actually do multiple loads of laundry in one day. Mostly because I always forget about the load currently in the washer and have to rewash it haha!
Anyway, can we talk about this fun maxi dress?! Can you believe this number is less than $40?? This was one of my most recent Target finds, and I’m sort of obsessed. It was honestly so fun to shoot this dress because it was a little windy that day and it made the dress flow beautifully. I also wore this dress to church on Mother’s Day, and my grandfather couldn’t believe it when I told him it was from Target! As far as sizing, I’m wearing a small, but I think I could have worn an extra small. This one is a little big in the bust area, so I might recommend sizing down.
I love this dress so much with flat sandals, and most of the time, this is how I would wear it. I did wear it with some simple neutral, ankle strap heels on Mother’s Day to dress it up a little, but flats are so much more my jam. But I love that it can be worn both ways. The flats give it a little bit of a beachy vibe, and the heels make it more appropriate for church (obviously) or a date night!
