Trina Turk Off the Shoulder Top…

Happy Hump Day y’all! Today I’m sharing this look from Trina Turk with you guys! It’s funny, I’m usually a sucker for neutrals, but something happens when I walk into a Trina Turk store. It’s like all of a sudden I’m into bright pinks and turquoises, especially in the spring and summer!

Trina Turk has some of the prettiest resort wear styles around. And, if color isn’t your thing, they always have some super chic black and white pieces as well! If you’re planning any kind of tropical vacay, this store has you covered! We all know of my love for off the shoulder style tops. Well, when I spotted this one at my local Trina Turk store here in The Woodlands at Market Street, I couldn’t pass it up! I just love all the pretty spring colors in this top!

You can pretty much pair this top with any kind of bottoms. I plan to wear it with blue, as well as white, jeans, shorts, etc. You could totally dress it up too with a pair of cotton (as opposed to denim) shorts in black or white, and throw on a strappy heel for a night out. I have been loving the fact that denim skirts are a thing lately, so that’s what I went with for this look. With a skirt though, you do have to tuck the top in, otherwise everything looks a little too loose and flowy.

I kept the accessories to a minimum for this look, opting for just a pair of statement earrings and a boldly-colored clutch (and of course my favorite sunnies. I have been loving rose gold jewelry for spring lately because the pink tone of the metal seems a little softer to me than a bright yellow gold. This bright pink clutch is a go-to for me when I want to add a fun pop of color to an outfit.
